Elixirs are brewed items that imbue the consumer with distinct, time-limited effects.
Obtaining[]
Hags[]
Hags drop Health Potions, Elixirs of Fire Resistance, Briskness, and Water Breathing, but only when they die while drinking that elixir.
Filling Bottles[]
Using a glass bottle on a water source or a cauldron that has water will turn it into a water bottle. Using a glass bottle on a cauldron also removes 33% of that cauldron's contents.
Brewing[]

All potions can be obtained by brewing, starting with the water bottle as the base.
Usage[]
Elixirs have a different effect according to their damage value, with the exception of reverted elixirs being identical to their base elixirs. Elixirs can be drank by right clicking, similarly to eating food. Upon drinking, they will apply the corresponding status effect to the player.
Modifiers[]

Elixirs can be modified in four ways. The first is by adding Fluorescent Rock to enhance the effect level. The second is by adding Scarlet Rock to extend the duration of the effect. The third is by adding gunpowder to make an elixir a Splash Elixir. The fourth is by adding a Fermented Crawler Eyeball to corrupt the effect, turning it into a different one. The result of a corruption is always the inverse of the original effect (for example: Briskness to Sluggishness).
Corrupting an extended or enhanced potion always results in a corrupted potion with the same modifier applied, if it is supported by the corrupted effect. Of the four corrupted elixirs, Wounding is the only one which cannot be extended, and also the only one which can be enhanced.
