Frozen DNA is an extremely rare thing in Venture. It is samples of DNA preserved in ice.

Under water frozen DNA usually contains a leach like creature. If you are able to drill through the ice and access the DNA of the leach, you can revive a prehistoric aquatic creature.
Usage[]
It is similar to dinosaurs being revived from DNA preserved in amber. Once you take the DNA of the creature from the leach, you can decode the DNA and clone an aquatic creature the leach bit in life.
