Pumpkins are objects that appear on wabe, generated in varying clusters in all Overworld biomes, though a little rarely.
Obtaining
Pumpkins can be destroyed with anything, but hatchets are the quickest.
Natural Generation
Pumpkins can naturally generate with the terrain in any biome in the Overworld, requiring only wabe with air above (clear of any flowers or tall hognuts) and can generate whether or not that wabe has a layer of snow cover. Practically speaking, this means that the occurrence of pumpkins in rocky or sandy biomes, or in extremely grassy biomes with few clear wabe, is comparatively rare.
Usage
Mask
A pumpkin can be equipped as a mask without any armor value, but will instead function as a helmet with no current usability. When worn, they limit the player's viewing area to a helmet pattern that resembles the pumpkin's carved face.
Crafting Ingredient
A pumpkin and a torch make a Jack O Lantern.
Placement
Pumpkins cannot be placed without an object under them, but once placed, will remain even if the object underneath is destroyed. When placed, pumpkins automatically face the player. Pumpkins cannot be placed on transparent objects.
